Will the sand mix up and eventually become one color?

No it won't. The sand blend is composed of several types of sand of different sizes and densities, to prevent it from mixing altogether with time.

How long is the flow time?

The flow time will never be the same twice. It can range from 15 minutes to over 24 hours.

What if my Sandelier is delivered broken?

We will send you a brand new one, free of charge. Simply notify us within 72h of delivery.

I just received my custom Sandelier and I gotta say it looks absolutely amazing... The colors and shapes are just magnificent, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I wanted a plain white background because the backgrounds displayed on the website wouldn't match my interior. I just reached out to them on facebook and they made a custom order to my request. It ended up being way better than I expected. I would really recommend one of these to change your interior it's so freaking original (pardon my french). I can't wait for people to look at it and be like what in the world is this moving painting lmao. Anyway, thanks a lot and this is unlikely to be my last purchase!

I ordered the 16” one for my kitchen and love it! It reminds me of one I had as a kid. Some people have complained that the sand just falls immediately to the bottom, but not if you make sure the bubbles go across. If the bubbles are across, it can take days for it to make your sand sculpture. It’s easy to use and looks nice on the wall

Watching the colored sand slowly tumble down the circle is relaxing and calming to the mind. The sand never makes the same design twice. This would make a wonderful and unique housewarming gift, or birthday gift, or Christmas gift. I have on the wall and everyone who comes into my home comments on it. It's sort of like an hour glass, only better, prettier, and more interesting to watch.

I remember seeing one of these moving sand art things at my grandma's house when I was a kid. The rectangle kind. You would flip it over and watch lovely patterns form and it would be relaxing to look at and take quite a while for it to be done. I had totally forgotten that these kind of things existed, and when I saw this one I immediately had memories of the one I saw as a kid and didn't hesitate to order. This one is pretty good sized. When I first used it, I was very disappointed because I didn't realize how it was supposed to work. I had not read the user's guide on the website. I was just flipping it over, and all the sand stuff would sink down within about a minute or two and that was it. It seemed dumb. It turns out I was doing it wrong. There's a whole bunch of bubbles (that I thought were not supposed to be there), and if you flip it over just right and get the bubbles lined up evenly across this thing, then the sand slowly sinks through a gap or two in the bubbles and can go for hours creating beautiful designs. So the good stuff is that: you can really have awesome designs that come from it and it is beautiful and relaxing. The bad is that it isn't intuitive (or wasn't to me anyway) at first of how you're actually supposed to use it. I'm actually quite pleased with this now that I've figured it out though.

I like trying to make it take as long as possible to fall. My record so far (2 weeks of use) is that one day I started it up in the morning and it was still going the next morning! I've got one that's been going for 6 hours right now, but it's not going to break the record. Apparently it can last weeks when done properly. The best way to do it seems to be not to use it for a few days between tries, that allows the bubbles to join up into bigger bubbles that work better. Regarding the way it looks, I love it. The colors are so natural, it reminds me of layers of silt deposited at the bottom of the ocean. And the gold sometimes makes defined layers and other times mixes in to turn the white orange. So much variation, this will be worth looking at for a long time to come!

This is a really fun and constantly changing piece of art that most people can't help, but flip it over and watch. The different colors of sand and gold flakes are always layering differently and that is what makes it so interesting. Very seldom does someone not walk into the room and flip it over and watch. Sometimes it finishing quickly and sometimes it will be very slow in melting down to the bottom. It might end up looking like a mountain scene, or a flat, but layered scene with a gold layer on top. Beautiful and fun.

This thing makes life better!

I thought long and hard before investing in the 24” wall mount Sandelier. Then on Feb 27, 2022, I placed the order. It arrived a few days ago and life is better!

It is hung in a loft space that is meant to be relaxing, and we absolutely love the peaceful beauty it brings! Even my 16 year old son said “dang, that’s mesmerizing”! I find myself sending pictures of it to people!

So far, could not be more satisfied with this purchase!!
