Will the sand mix up and eventually become one color?

No it won't. The sand blend is composed of several types of sand of different sizes and densities, to prevent it from mixing altogether with time.

How long is the flow time?

The flow time will never be the same twice. It can range from 15 minutes to over 24 hours.

What if my Sandelier is delivered broken?

We will send you a brand new one, free of charge. Simply notify us within 72h of delivery.

I bought this one for my Dad and to go on my folks’ coffee table, which is patina bear on its back (a lot less horrible than it sounds, it’s actually quite nice itself as it’s not mass produced but artist made) with a beveled glass top. The round sandelier echoes the mountains of our world here in Alaska and it’s absolutely perfect together- I need to add a photo after I clean up after Christmas morning!

It’s took a minute to figure out how to make beautiful art with it, but once I figured out that the bubbles needed to be as flat across the sand as possible after flipping, it made a world of difference!

Has developed some techniques of moving and shaking lightly in ways to create different kinds of effects, such as a line of bubbles that form a blockade that holds the sand much longer. Finds it very soothing, meditative, and inspiring of his own art.
