Returns

If your order is eligible for a return, you must follow this procedure in order to get your refund (if applicable):

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. As all items are handcrafted to every order, we are not able to accept returns if the item is not in a defective state.

You must print your invoice and include it in the package.

Once you have shipped out your product, please reach out to us by providing us with the tracking number at contact@sandelier.com.

When we have received the product, we will proceed to the refund (if applicable) of your order.
Refunds may take several days to appear on your bank account.
