• Will the sand mix up and eventually become one color?

No it won't. The sand blend is composed of several types of sand of different sizes and densities, to prevent it from mixing altogether with time.

• How long is the flow time?

The flow time will never be the same twice. It can range from 15 minutes to over 24 hours.

• What if my Sandelier is delivered broken?

We will send you a brand new one, free of charge. Simply notify us within 72h of delivery.
